I really enjoyed the give and take between Lily and Max. And Suki!! What a treasure. What a friend. This is the first book I've read in the Blackwood UK series and I definitely will go back and read the first one and then the next one. This is one exhilarating, action-packed, pulse racing, heart pounding, page turner that captures your attention until the last word.

All the twists and turns, along with a few unexpected surprises that really shake your world. The drama, crime, heartache, and suspense build throughout the completeness and friction runs out of control. With her powerful writing her characters are complex, and You just love Lily and Max.

They're so believable and substantial you really feel everything the characte Roses are Dead is another first rate story from Elise. It must be wonderful to be able to write in such a way that the reader me has trouble putting the book down. I have lost count of the number of books of hers I have read but not one has failed to delight. This is no different to any of the others in that the story grips you and the characters are very believable. The story is set in London and the main character has quite an unusual occupation!

Twists and turns all the way keep you lost in So I was really thrilled with this book and all of it's spectacularness. Is that even a word? If it isn't, it should be if for no other reason than to pay homage to the awesomeness of this book.

As with every Elise Noble book that I have ever read I was immediately sucked in and a sizzling action packed journey. Every book Elise puts out is innovative, poignant and heart felt mixed in with hold onto your pants action and grab your ribs and fall off the couch laughter. Well done Elise. Roses r Dead can be read as a stand alone. Elise took us into another world as the characters develops as though we are there through the readers eyes.

Lilly n Max cldn't seems mor different bt they actually compliment each perfectly. Who wld hv thought Max is capable of so much emotion hidden behind that front he puts up? Max n Lilly journey was so much fun whi This is the story of Max and Lily.

It is a stand alone book, but characters from previous book make an appearance. This is a great read, there is intrigue, action, romance and witty dialogue. There is a box set available. Lily and Max.. Elise has done it again! I started reading this book this morning and couldn't put it down. It's a love story but murder mystery part had me re-reading sections to try figuring out who the murderer was, which I never guessed!

Love the Blackwood series You just have to love the Blackwood series as Elise just continues to creat such great characters and create great stories and blends all the older characters in the series flawlessly!!
